Sonic fire and security Ltd is a family run business based in the north west of England, established in July 2000. Having over 30 years of experience within the Fire and Security industry and associated fields. Sonic specialises in system design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire and security systems.

All works are carried out by fully qualified technicians and completed to all British Standards and health and safety regulations. Our technicians are experienced on working on a variety of systems such as ADT, EDA Radio, Gent, Kentec, Morley, Notifier, Protec and Ziton.

Our Managing Director

Wyndham “Wyn” Aspinall, founded Sonic Fire and Security Ltd in July of the 2000. Having worked with the Ziton product range since 1988, through his experience with the equipment and his technical knowledge he was keen to become an authorised agent. Working with brand further and showing his commitment, in 2002 he accomplished just that and became an authorised Ziton agent. Through his dedication this allowed Sonic engineers to provide their vest wealth of knowledge of the equipment and provide full technical support to all of its customer base.

Through this partnership Wyn has been proudly able to provide specialised Ziton training on both the ZP2 and ZP3 Fire Systems, in our purpose-built training room and if required by the customer we are able to provide training at their offices using our mobile training boards and to provide onsite training bespoke to their engineers maintaining a specific Ziton system site’s.

In 2011 Ziton was taken over by UTC adding a range of products and technical knowledge to Sonic’s already extensive portfolio, such as Kidde Stratos ASD, Alarmline II LHD and GST, during this time Sonic has had the pleasure of receiving multiple UTC Platinum partnership awards, further take over occurred during 2018 where UTC was acquired by Carrier fire and Security EMEA a Parent company of Kidde Commercial. Throughout this time Sonic has remained an active business partner for over 2 decades, being an authorised installer and supplier for their entire product range.

Sonic Fire and Security Ltd are the largest UK stockist of Ziton equipment, stocking an large array of field devices through to fire panels. We also offer fully refurbished devices for many obsolete Ziton field devices to keep your system up and running, through to most up to date fire panels.
